Ivy has over 20 years of work experience in various industries such as shipping industry followed by hospitality industry. She started off in the hospitality industry as the Operations Executive in handling the Spa Wellness Department at Country Network Hotel. In 2015, she became the Operations Director at Resort Suites Hotel in Bandar Sunway where she has found the passion for handling booking reservations, organizing events, entertaining and interacting with guests from various countries across the world.
